Weird, if you have technical problems with your T-Mobile phone and call your customer service for help, they apparently hand you over to the so called Multimedia service.
What more to expect from Multimedia service than a friendly request to give them a Thumbs-up in quality feedback after they left you with no solution to your problem at all?!
Is there any company out there which satisfies their customers with their terrifying call centers?
