Interesting, Flickr just announced the Stats API, which allows you to access the total views of either your photos, photostream, sets or collections. Cool, I like these numbers, and stats in general. I thought you would too and just integrated the photostream views as new feed on my website. To prevent this number being reported every other second, I floored the number to the next multiple of five thousand. For that reason, you will see new posts only every few months. If that's not what you want, just hit Flickr harder.
